ADL's (Activities of daily living)
1.Personal hygeine and oral care, grooming and hair care.

3.Assist with toileting which included aiding on and off. Assist in cleaning of oneself.
4.Functional mobility, that includes the ability to walk and transfer in and out of chair or bed.
