CEO / President

Dr. Michelle Waters is the founder and President of Hearts in Harmony Companionship Care LLC. Dr. Michelle started her nursing career  19 years ago. She obtained a certified nursing assistant license in 2002. Dr. Michelle opened her own assisted living in 2010.

On September 14th, Dr. Michelle received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanitarianism, after being recognized as one of many women of power in the Maryland region. Dr. Michelle is happily married to Dr. Charles  S. Waters. Together they have 3 beautiful daughters. She is committed to excellence from all her staff.
